Description
The Blue Air BLPT72-D2M-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72-3/8"W and offers a generous 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and accommodates up to (18) 1/6 size pans, which are included for your convenience. Equipped with (2) drawers and (2) self-closing swing doors on either side, this unit provides easy access to ingredients while maintaining optimal temperature. The interior includes (2) adjustable wire shelves and a 9-1/2" cutting board, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added functionality. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider ensures food freshness. The self-diagnostic digital controls and monitor system allow for precise temperature management. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.3 amp draw. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
