The Blue Air BLPT72-D2R-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72-3/8" wide and offers a spacious 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included for immediate use. Equipped with two drawers and two self-closing swing doors (located in the middle and left sections), this unit provides easy access to ingredients while maintaining optimal temperature. The interior includes two adjustable wire shelves for versatile storage options and a 9-1/2" cutting board for efficient food prep. A side rail cutting board bracket adds convenience for additional workspace. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F ensures food safety and freshness, while the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain optimal conditions.
