Description
The Blue Air BLPT72-D4LM-HC is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72-3/8"W and a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included. The unit features four drawers and a self-closing swing door on the right for easy access. An adjustable wire shelf provides additional storage flexibility, while the 9-1/2" cutting board and side rail cutting board bracket enhance your prep space. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, this unit ensures food safety and freshness. The insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain optimal temperatures for your ingredients. Self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitor system offer convenience and reliability. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for durability. It is equipped with four 4" swivel casters (two braked) for easy mobility.
