The Blue Air BLPT72-D4RL-HC is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72-3/8"W and a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included for immediate use. The unit features four drawers and a self-closing swing door in the middle for easy access to ingredients. An adjustable wire shelf provides additional storage flexibility. Equipped with a 9-1/2" cutting board and a side rail cutting board bracket, this prep table enhances workflow efficiency. It maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring food safety and freshness. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider for organized ingredient storage. The self-diagnostic digital controls and monitor system allow for easy temperature management.
