Description
The Blue Air BLPT72-D4RM-HC is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72-3/8" width and a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included for immediate use. The unit features four drawers and a self-closing swing door on the left for easy access. An adjustable wire shelf provides additional storage flexibility. Equipped with a 9-1/2" cutting board and a side rail cutting board bracket, this prep table enhances efficiency in food preparation. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F ensures food safety and freshness, while the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain optimal conditions. The self-diagnostic digital controls and monitor system allow for easy temperature management.
