Description
The Blue Air BLPT72-D6-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit features a spacious 72-3/8"W design with a generous 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to (18) 1/6 size pans, which are included. It is equipped with (6) drawers for easy access to ingredients and a 9-1/2" cutting board for efficient food preparation. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps keep ingredients at the right temperature while minimizing waste. The self-diagnostic digital controls and monitor system provide easy operation and maintenance alerts. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features (4) 4" swivel casters, with 2 braked for stability during use. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, and is designed for 115v/60/1-ph electrical systems with a 5.3 amp draw.
