The Blue Air BLPT72-HC is a three-section refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 72-3/8"W and a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included for immediate use. The unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, maintaining a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F for optimal food preservation. Equipped with three self-closing swing doors, it provides easy access to ingredients while ensuring energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find three adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. The 9-1/2" cutting board offers ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the BLPT72-HC is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider, enhancing organization and maintaining food quality.
