The Blue Air BLUF28-HC is a high-performance undercounter freezer designed for efficiency and convenience. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of -10° to 0°F, ensuring optimal storage conditions for your frozen goods. Equipped with a self-closing swing door and a durable metal door handle, this freezer features an open door alarm for added security. Inside, you'll find two adjustable wire shelves that provide flexible storage options. The self-diagnostic digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the BLUF28-HC is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It rolls easily on four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
