Its non-drip edge ensures mess-free pouring, while the riveted steel handle is equipped with an ergonomic, removable red silicone heat-resistant sleeve that withstands temperatures up to 572°F. This fry pan is corrosion-resistant and compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops. The Excalibur® non-stick coating allows for easy food release and cleanup, and the 2-ply stainless steel interior combined with an aluminum exterior provides excellent heat distribution.
