The Cambro 100MPC131 is a top-loading insulated food carrier designed for optimal temperature retention. It accommodates one full-size or fractional GN pan up to 8 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 40 quarts. This carrier keeps food hot for up to 4 hours (between 190° - 179°F) and cold for up to 4 hours (between 33.9° - 35.8°F). Featuring two molded-in handles for easy transport and six recessed stainless steel latches for secure closure, the Cambro 100MPC131 is built for convenience. The removable gasket and passive vent slot enhance functionality, while the dishwasher-safe design ensures effortless cleaning. Its scratch-resistant textured exterior and one-piece seamless construction with double-wall polyurethane foam insulation provide durability and reliability. Made from high-quality polyethylene, this dark brown food carrier is NSF certified for safety and performance.
