It can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), ensuring reliability in various environments. The unit includes four vented polypropylene shelf plates and one solid shelf, all equipped with Camguard® antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold.
