Description
The Cambro CMBHC1826TBC194 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food transport and storage. With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 39"D x 64-3/8"H, this tall profile cart features a double door for easy access. It accommodates up to 12 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans (requires five additional rail sets) and a variety of food pans, including 24 units of 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, 16 units of 12" x 20" x 4" deep, 12 units of 12" x 20" x 6" deep, and 8 units of 12" x 20" x 8" deep. Equipped with a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, this cabinet ensures precise heating. The adjustable chrome plated steel slide rails provide flexibility for different pan sizes. A Celsius solar digital thermometer allows for easy temperature monitoring. The molded-in handles and bumpers enhance mobility, while the serving top and menu clip add convenience for food service. Mobility is further supported by two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. The cabinet is powered by a 9' cord with plug, operates on 110v/50/60/1-ph, and consumes 1570 watts at 14.3 amps.
