Description
The Cambro PCU1000HC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot/Cold Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. This electric unit features a user-friendly touch screen for easy operation and a front-loading design for quick access. It includes one cold compartment and one active hot compartment, ensuring optimal temperature control for a variety of food items. Constructed with durable nylon paddle-style latches and a spring-loaded magnetic door catch, it provides secure closure during transport. The cabinet measures 22"W x 34"D x 67"H and is equipped with four heavy-duty 6" casters, two of which are total locking for stability. It accommodates up to ten 4" deep GN 1/1 food pans, making it ideal for catering and food service applications. Operating at 115V with a power consumption of 507 watts and 4.43 amps, it is cETLus and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
