The Cambro PCU1600HC615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot/Cold Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. This electric, front-loading cabinet features one active hot compartment on the top and one cold compartment on the bottom, ensuring optimal temperature control for your food items. Constructed with durable nylon paddle-style latches and a spring-loaded magnetic door catch, it provides secure closure and easy access. Measuring 30"W x 38"D x 59"H, it is equipped with four 6" heavy-duty casters—two with total locking and two without lock pins—for smooth mobility. The carrier accommodates up to 16 GN 1/1 food pans, making it ideal for large-scale catering or food service operations.
