The Cambro PCU1600HH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient transport and storage of hot food. This electric, front-loading cabinet features two active hot compartments, ensuring optimal temperature retention. Constructed with durable nylon paddle-style latches and a spring-loaded magnetic door catch, it provides secure closure and easy access. Measuring 22"W x 34"D x 67"H, this carrier is equipped with four heavy-duty 6" casters, two of which are total locking for stability during transport. It accommodates up to 16 GN 1/1 food pans, making it ideal for catering and food service operations. Operating at 115V with a power consumption of 450 watts and 3.9 amps, it meets NSF, cETLus, CE, and cULus standards for safety and performance.
