The Cambro PCUHH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot Food Pan Carrier is an electric, front-loading solution designed for efficient food transport and storage. It accommodates up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". Featuring two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and durable 4" nylon latches, this carrier ensures secure and easy access. It includes five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2", allowing for versatile food pan configurations. A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature readings, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance maneuverability and protection. Equipped with a 9' power cord and plug, the unit operates at 110v/50/60/1-ph, consuming 529 watts and 4.6 amps. The heavy-duty construction includes four 6" x 2" casters (two fixed and two swivel with brakes) for easy transport.
