The Cambro PCUHP615 Pro Cart Ultra™ is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food transport and service. This electric unit features top heating only and a front-loading design, accommodating up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep). It also holds 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". Equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and durable 4" nylon latches, this cabinet ensures secure and efficient access. The interior includes five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2", allowing for versatile food storage options. A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature readings, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance mobility and protection. The Cambro PCUHP615 is built with a robust polyethylene exterior in a charcoal gray finish and features a 9' power cord with plug. It rolls smoothly on four heavy-duty 6" x 2" casters, with two fixed and two swivel casters equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 110V/50/60/1-ph, it delivers 529 watts and 4.6 amps, meeting cETLus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
