The Cambro PCULP615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Insulated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. This low-profile, enclosed cabinet features a single compartment that accommodates a variety of food containers, including up to eight 18" x 26" sheet pans, sixteen 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, sixteen GN 1/1 food pans, eight 15-3/4" x 23-1/2" trays, and eight 16" x 16" pizza boxes. It effectively maintains food temperatures for over four hours, ensuring your dishes stay hot or cold as needed. The carrier is equipped with a gasket-free magnetic quick-close door for easy access, reinforced by four durable nylon latches. A menu pocket allows for easy labeling, while five pairs of stainless steel universal rails provide versatile storage options with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2". A solar digital thermometer is included for precise temperature monitoring. Constructed from robust polyethylene in a charcoal gray finish, the Cambro PCULP615 features molded-in handles for convenient maneuvering and a perimeter bumper for added protection.
