Description
The Cambro PCUPP615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Ambient Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient hot and cold food transport. This non-electric, front-loading carrier maintains temperature for up to 4 hours, accommodating a variety of food storage needs. It holds up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". Featuring two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors and durable 4" nylon latches, this carrier ensures secure closure. It includes a menu pocket for easy identification and five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2". A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles and a perimeter bumper enhance maneuverability. The unit is equipped with four heavy-duty 6" x 2" casters (two fixed and two swivel with brakes) for easy transport. Constructed from polyethylene in a charcoal gray finish, the Cambro PCUPP615 is cETLus certified for safety and performance.
