The Cambro PCUPPSP615 is an enclosed ambient food pan carrier designed for secure and efficient food transport. This non-electric unit features a front-loading design that maintains hot or cold temperatures for up to 4 hours. It accommodates a variety of food storage options, holding up to 16 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans (2-1/2" deep), 16 trays measuring 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes sized 16" x 16" x 2". Equipped with two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, this carrier ensures secure closure while providing easy access. The 4" nylon latches enhance durability and ease of use. The interior features five pairs of stainless steel universal rails with adjustable spacing from 3" to 1-1/2", allowing for versatile food placement. A solar digital thermometer provides accurate temperature monitoring, while molded-in handles facilitate easy maneuvering. The perimeter bumper protects against damage during transport. The unit is mounted on four heavy-duty 6" x 2" tamper-resistant casters, with two fixed and two swivel casters equipped with brakes for stability.
