Description
The Cambro UPC1600HD157 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable, one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, this carrier ensures optimal temperature retention. It accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 24 full-size pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans that are 4" deep, 12 pans that are 6" deep, or 8 pans that are 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 120 quarts. Features include molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability, a secure nylon latch, an air-tight gasket to maintain freshness, and a vent cap for pressure release. The carrier is equipped with four heavy-duty 6" casters—two fixed and two swivel with brakes—for smooth transport.
