The Cambro UPC1600HD402 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable, one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, this carrier ensures optimal temperature retention. It accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 24 full-size pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans that are 4" deep, 12 pans that are 6" deep, or 8 pans that are 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 120 quarts. Features include molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, protective bumpers, a secure nylon latch, and an air-tight gasket to maintain freshness.
