The Cambro UPC180192 Ultra Pan Carrier is an insulated food carrier designed for optimal temperature retention and convenience. It accommodates one full-size or fractional GN pan up to 8 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 24.5 quarts. This carrier keeps food hot for up to 4 hours (190° - 179°F) and cold for up to 4 hours (33.9° - 35.8°F). Featuring four E-Z grip molded-in handles and four nylon over-center latches, it ensures easy transport and secure closure. The removable gasket and self-venting design enhance functionality, while the stackable feature allows for efficient storage with other Camcarrier products. Constructed from durable polyethylene with a scratch-resistant textured exterior, this one-piece seamless carrier includes double wall polyurethane foam insulation for superior performance. Available in a granite green finish and NSF certified for safety and quality.
