This enclosed cabinet features a durable one-piece poly shell with polyurethane insulation, ensuring your food stays at safe temperatures for over 4 hours. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, including 1/2, 1/3, and full-size pans with depths ranging from 2-1/2" to 8", offering an approximate capacity of 36 quarts. The carrier includes two sturdy handles for easy maneuverability and a fully removable gasketless door that opens a full 270° for convenient access. A designated labeling area on the door allows for easy identification of contents. The stackable design maximizes storage efficiency, and the navy blue finish adds a professional touch. This product is also dishwasher safe and meets NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
