This enclosed cabinet features a durable one-piece poly shell with foam insulation, ensuring optimal temperature retention. It accommodates 1/2, 1/3, and full-size pans ranging from 2-1/2" to 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. The molded-in handles provide easy maneuverability, while the nylon latch and air-tight gasket ensure secure closure. A vent cap allows for steam release, making it ideal for hot foods.
