This enclosed cabinet features a durable one-piece poly shell with foam insulation, ensuring optimal temperature retention. It accommodates 1/2, 1/3, and full-size pans ranging from 2-1/2" to 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. The security package includes tamper-resistant features for added safety. Molded-in handles and a nylon latch provide ease of use, while the air-tight gasket and vent cap enhance freshness.
