Description
The Cambro UPC800157 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable, one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, it ensures optimal temperature retention. This carrier accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to twelve 2-1/2" deep full-size pans, eight 4" deep pans, six 6" deep pans, or four 8" deep pans, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. Features include molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability, a secure nylon latch, an air-tight gasket for freshness, and a vent cap for steam release. It is equipped with four 6" casters—two fixed and two swivel, one with a brake—for smooth transport.
