Description
The Cambro UPC800191 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, it ensures optimal temperature retention. This carrier accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 12 full-size pans at 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans at 4" deep, 6 pans at 6" deep, or 4 pans at 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. Features include molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability, a secure nylon latch, and an air-tight gasket to maintain freshness. The vent cap allows for steam release, while the four 6" casters (two fixed and two swivel, one with a brake) provide smooth mobility. Finished in a granite gray color, this carrier is NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
