The Cambro UPC800194 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, it ensures optimal temperature retention. This carrier accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 12 full-size pans at 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans at 4" deep, 6 pans at 6" deep, and 4 pans at 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. Features include molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability, a nylon latch for secure closure, and an air-tight gasket with a vent cap to maintain freshness. The unit is equipped with four 6" casters—two fixed and two swivel, one with a brake—for smooth transport.
