The Cambro UPC800SP110 Ultra Camcart® Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. Constructed with a durable, one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, it ensures optimal temperature retention. This carrier accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 12 full-size pans at 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans at 4" deep, 6 pans at 6" deep, or 4 pans at 8" deep, with an approximate capacity of 60 quarts. Equipped with a security package and tamper-resistant features, it provides peace of mind during transport. Molded-in handles and bumpers enhance maneuverability, while a nylon latch and air-tight gasket ensure secure closure. The vent cap allows for steam release, maintaining food quality.
