The Cambro UPCH1600401 Ultra Camcart® Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. With dimensions of 28-3⁄4"W x 33-3⁄8"D x 54-1⁄8"H, this mobile cabinet features a front-loading design and a durable double wall poly shell that is foam insulated for optimal heat retention. It accommodates a variety of GN 1/1 pan sizes, holding up to 24 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans that are 4" deep, 12 pans that are 6" deep, or 8 pans that are 8" deep. Equipped with molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, the unit includes a nylon latch and a vent cap to maintain air circulation. The 9' power cord ensures flexibility in placement, while the combination of two swivel and two fixed 6" casters, one with a brake, provides stability and ease of movement. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 529 watts and 4.6 amps, this heated cabinet is certified by NSF, ENERGY STAR®, cETLus, and CE, ensuring compliance with high standards for safety and energy efficiency. Available in a sleek slate blue finish, it is an ideal solution for keeping food warm during transport.
