The Cambro UPCH1600SP131 is a mobile heated food pan carrier designed for optimal food transport and temperature retention. Its ultra-durable double wall polyethylene shell is complemented by polyurethane foam insulation, ensuring your food stays hot and secure during transit. This front-loading model features a robust security package with tamper-resistant, non-removable doors for added safety. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates various pan sizes: (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans. Molded-in handles provide easy maneuverability, while the nylon latch and vent cap enhance functionality. The unit is equipped with a 9-foot power cord and features (2) swivel and (2) fixed 6" casters, including one with a brake for stability. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph, it delivers 529 watts and 4.6 amps, making it energy-efficient and compliant with NSF, ENERGY STAR®, cETLus, and CE standards.
