Description
The Cambro UPCH800110 is a mobile heated food pan carrier designed for optimal food transport and holding. With dimensions of 20-1/2"W x 27-1/8"D x 54"H, this Ultra Camcart® features a durable one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and is insulated with polyurethane foam to maintain consistent temperatures. It accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 12 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans that are 4" deep, 6 pans that are 6" deep, or 4 pans that are 8" deep. Equipped with molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, the unit includes a nylon latch and a vent cap for steam release. The 9' power cord ensures flexibility in placement, while the four 6" casters (two swivel, two fixed, one with brake) provide stability and ease of movement. Operating at 110v with a power consumption of 230 watts and 2.0 amps, this carrier is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets NSF, cETLus, and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for food service professionals.
