The Cambro UPCH800131 Ultra Camcart® Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and service. With dimensions of 20-1⁄2"W x 27-1⁄8"D x 54"H, this mobile heated cabinet features a durable one-piece double wall polyethylene shell and is insulated with polyurethane foam for optimal heat retention. It accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 12 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans that are 4" deep, 6 pans that are 6" deep, or 4 pans that are 8" deep. Equipped with molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, the unit includes a nylon latch and a vent cap to maintain proper airflow. The 9' power cord ensures flexibility in placement, while the four 6" casters (two swivel, two fixed, one with brake) provide stability and ease of movement. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 230 watts and 2.0 amps, this heated cabinet is both NSF certified and ENERGY STAR® rated, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
