Description
The Cambro UPCHT1600131 Ultra Camcart® Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. With dimensions of 28-3/4"W x 33-3/8"D x 54-1/8"H, this mobile heated cabinet features a durable double wall poly shell and foam insulation to maintain optimal temperatures. It accommodates a variety of GN 1/1 pan sizes, holding up to 24 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans that are 4" deep, 12 pans that are 6" deep, or 8 pans that are 8" deep. The front-loading design includes a heated top door for easy access, while molded-in handles and a nylon latch enhance portability. A vent cap allows for steam release, and the unit is equipped with a 9' power cord for convenient placement. Mobility is ensured with two swivel and two fixed 6" casters, one of which includes a brake for stability. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph with 529 watts and 4.6 amps, this carrier is NSF certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and meets cETLus and CE standards, making it a reliable choice for food service professionals.
