The Cambro UPCHT1600401 Ultra Camcart® Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. With dimensions of 28-3⁄4"W x 33-3⁄8"D x 54-1⁄8"H, this mobile heated cabinet features a front-loading design and a durable double wall poly shell that is foam insulated for optimal heat retention. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, holding up to 24 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans that are 4" deep, 12 pans that are 6" deep, or 8 pans that are 8" deep GN 1/1. The heated top door ensures easy access while maintaining temperature, and molded-in handles provide convenient maneuverability. The nylon latch secures the door, while the vent cap allows for steam release. Equipped with a 9' power cord, this unit operates at 110v/50/60/1-ph, consuming 529 watts and 4.6 amps, and features NEMA 5-15P plug compatibility. Mobility is enhanced with two swivel and two fixed 6" casters, one of which includes a brake for stability.
