Description
The Cambro UPCHT1600HD131 is a mobile heated food pan carrier designed for optimal food transport and temperature retention. With dimensions of 28-3/4"W x 33-3/8"D x 54-1/2"H, this unit features a front-loading design and a durable double wall poly shell that is foam insulated for superior heat retention. It accommodates various pan sizes, including (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans. Equipped with molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, the carrier includes a nylon latch and a vent cap to maintain optimal airflow. The 9' power cord ensures flexibility in placement, while the (2) swivel casters with brakes and (2) fixed heavy-duty 6" casters provide stability and ease of movement. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 529 watts and 4.6 amps, it is NEMA 5-15P compliant and meets NSF, ENERGY STAR®, cETLus, and CE standards. The sleek dark brown finish adds a professional touch to any food service environment.
