The Cambro UPCHT1600HD191 Ultra Camcart® Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and storage. With dimensions of 28-3⁄4"W x 33-3⁄8"D x 54-1⁄2"H, this mobile heated cabinet features a front-loading design and a durable double wall poly shell that is foam insulated for optimal heat retention. It accommodates various pan sizes, including (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans. Key features include molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, a nylon latch for secure closure, and a vent cap to regulate steam. The unit is equipped with a 9' power cord and rolls smoothly on (2) swivel casters with brakes and (2) fixed 6" heavy-duty casters. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 529 watts and 4.6 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets. The Cambro UPCHT1600HD191 is NSF certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and cETLus and CE compliant, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
