The Cambro UPCHT1600HD401 is a mobile heated food pan carrier designed for efficient food transport and service. With dimensions of 28-3/4"W x 33-3/8"D x 54-1/2"H, this Ultra Camcart® features a front-loading design and a durable double-wall poly shell that is foam insulated for optimal heat retention. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, holding up to 24 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 16 pans that are 4" deep, 12 pans that are 6" deep, or 8 pans that are 8" deep GN 1/1. The heated top door ensures that food stays warm during transport, while molded-in handles and a nylon latch provide ease of use. A vent cap allows for steam release, and the 9' power cord offers flexibility in placement. The unit is equipped with two swivel casters with brakes and two fixed heavy-duty 6" casters for smooth mobility. Operating at 110v/50/60/1-ph with 529 watts and 4.6 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets. The Cambro UPCHT1600HD401 is NSF certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and cETLus and CE listed, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and efficiency.
