Description
The Cambro UPCHT800131 Ultra Camcart® Heated Food Pan Carrier is designed for efficient food transport and holding. Measuring 20-1⁄2"W x 27-1⁄8"D x 54"H, this mobile heated cabinet features a heated top door for easy access and a front-loading design. Its one-piece double wall polyethylene shell is reinforced with polyurethane foam insulation, ensuring optimal temperature retention. This carrier accommodates a variety of food pan sizes, holding up to 12 pans that are 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans that are 4" deep, 6 pans that are 6" deep, or 4 pans that are 8" deep. It includes molded-in handles for easy maneuverability and a durable nylon latch for secure closure. The vent cap allows for steam release, maintaining food quality during transport. Equipped with four 6" casters—two swivel and two fixed, with one featuring a brake—this unit is easy to move and stabilize. Operating at 110v with a power consumption of 230 watts and 2.0 amps, it is compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets. The dark brown finish adds a professional touch, while certifications from NSF, ENERGY STAR®, cETLus, and CE ensure compliance with industry standards.
