It accommodates up to 20 full-size Camtray® (1826) or 40 half-size Camtray® (1318) for versatile storage options. With a temperature range of -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), it is ideal for both hot and cold food storage. Each shelf supports up to 55 lbs., with a total capacity of 350 lbs.
