It accommodates up to 20 full-size Camtray® (1826) or 40 half-size Camtray® (1318) trays, making it ideal for high-volume operations. With a temperature range of -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), it is versatile for various food storage needs. Each shelf supports up to 55 lbs., with a total capacity of 350 lbs.
