The Cambro UPR1826H20580 is an ultimate half-size sheet pan rack designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 25-1/2"W x 32-1/6"L x 41-1/2"H, it features 1-1/2" rail spacing and molded positioning ribs for secure placement of trays. This rack can hold up to 20 full-size Camtray® (1826) or 40 half-size Camtray® (1318) units, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and supports up to 55 lbs. per shelf or 175 lbs. per rack. Equipped with (2) locking and (2) non-locking 5" center-stem non-marking metal swivel casters, it offers easy mobility without damaging floors. Constructed from composite plastic in a sleek brushed graphite finish, this pan rack combines functionality with a modern aesthetic.
