The Cambro UPR1826HP20580 is an ultimate half-size bun pan rack designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 25-7/16"W x 33-7/8"L x 41-5/8"H, it features 1-1/2" rail spacing with molded positioning ribs for secure tray placement. This rack can hold up to 20 full-size Camtray® (1826) or 40 half-size Camtray® (1318) trays, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and supports up to 55 lbs. per shelf, with a total capacity of 175 lbs. The unit is equipped with four 5" total locking non-marking thermoplastic rubber swivel casters for easy mobility and stability. Constructed from composite plastic in a brushed graphite finish, it combines functionality with a sleek appearance.
