The Cambro UPR1826U15580 is an ultimate sheet pan rack designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. Measuring 23-1/4"W x 30-7/8"L x 31-1/2"H, this under-counter unit features 1-1/2" rail spacing and molded positioning ribs for secure tray placement. It accommodates up to 15 full-size Camtray® (1826) or 30 half-size Camtray® (1318) trays, making it ideal for high-volume operations. With a temperature range of -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C), it is versatile for various food storage needs. Each shelf supports up to 55 lbs., while the entire rack can hold up to 90 lbs. for optimal stability. The unit is equipped with (2) locking and (2) non-locking 3" center-stem non-marking metal swivel casters for easy mobility and maneuverability. Finished in brushed graphite, it combines functionality with a sleek appearance.
