Description
The Cambro VBRU6519 Versa Food Bar™ Ultra Series Serving Buffet is a versatile cold food serving solution designed for efficiency and convenience. This 6 ft. unit measures 82"L x 42-1/2"W x 62-3/4"H and can hold up to five full-size food pans, accommodating various sizes up to 6" deep. It features optional cooling options with Camchillers® or ColdFest® to maintain optimal food temperatures. The sneeze guard includes protective end panels for enhanced food safety, while the 9" wide top merchandising shelf provides ample space for displaying additional items. Two storage compartments with lockable doors offer secure storage for supplies. Constructed from double-wall polyethylene with foam-injected polyurethane, this unit is durable and easy to maneuver, thanks to molded-in handles and four 6" swivel casters with brakes. The Cambro VBRU6519 is non-electrical and includes a threaded faucet drain with a standard hose hookup located under the well for easy cleaning. Available in Kentucky green, this unit is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict public health standards.
