The Carter-Hoffmann BB1848 Heated Banquet Cabinet is a versatile space-saver designed for efficient food service. This insulated, single-door cart accommodates both pre-plated meals and bulk food, making it ideal for various catering needs. It features a thermostatically controlled heating unit that ensures optimal temperature maintenance for up to 48 covered plates ranging from 8-3/4" to 11" in diameter.
