Description
The Carter-Hoffmann GTH120 is a high-performance heated banquet cart designed to keep meals at the perfect serving temperature. This gridless model accommodates up to 120 plates with covers, featuring a versatile capacity for plates ranging from 8.75" to 11" in diameter. Crafted from durable stainless steel, it offers excellent insulation for optimal heat retention. Equipped with a digital thermometer and an easy-to-read LED display, monitoring food temperatures is straightforward. The cart is mobile and convenient, featuring 6" balloon plate casters—two swivel and two with brakes—for easy maneuverability and stability. A perimeter bumper protects walls and furniture during transport. The GTH120 operates on both AC and DC power, utilizing two rechargeable 12V batteries for flexibility. It runs on a 120V/60/1-phase power supply, delivering 1900 watts and 15.8 amps, and is compliant with NEMA 5-20P and cULus standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any catering environment.
