The Carter-Hoffmann HL1-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding. This compact, 3/4 height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for (28) 12" x 20" or (14) 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various food items. It includes three fixed wire universal slides for easy organization and access. The cabinet is equipped with a single pane tempered glass door for visibility and convenience. The bottom-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while mechanical controls and a digital thermometer allow for precise temperature management. Constructed from durable aluminum, the HL1-14 is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It is mobile, featuring four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability. This unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
