The Carter-Hoffmann HL10-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. This compact, 3/4 height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 28 standard 12" x 20" pans or 14 larger 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various food service needs. Equipped with universal slides, it allows for easy loading and unloading of pans. The cabinet includes a solid field reversible door for flexible placement in any kitchen layout. Its electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the top-mount forced air heat system, combined with a water reservoir, maintains humidity levels to keep food fresh and warm. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL10-14 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. This cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
